Documentary photography refers to a popular form of photography which is the same kind of thing as professional photojournalism which is the the collecting, editing and presenting of news for the public. A documentary photographer is someone who attempts to produce truthful, objective, and usually a photograph which is taken through motion of a particular subject, most pictures are taken of people.
This is why I have chosen to have my folio on Documentary photography, for this I have chosen to take photographs of a student at my school. This person is someone who is involved with a lot of school activities, someone who has a lot of friendships.
