Cinematography Task 2 of 3

Cinematography is a form of art which is in the filmmaking area, It first started in the 19th century, It is the art of motion picture photography It is the technique of movie photography it includes shooting and development of the film. A Cinematographer is the director of the camera and lighting crews working on the film.

Conrad L. Hall Was an American Cinematographer who was from Papeete, Tahiti which is the capital of French Polynesia.
Conrad L. Hall has been the director of the camera to the following films

This photo was taken out of the movie "Road To Perdition" This shot is could a long shot as it shows the whole person, I like how the photo has got the lighting on the main subject.

  1. i would dispute that the cinematographer and director are the same thing. the cinematographer takes care of the individual framing of the shots capturing the overall mood that the director is trying to achieve. Also, i can see that you understand what you are writing, which is a good thing, but this would not be 300 words. you need to expand, react ... think SEXY paragraphs.

  2. good re-writing in you own words. you could also be commenting on placement in the frame and view point for both of the stills you have sued. both of those factors are really important in how those shots look and the mood they create.
